Please read the following terms carefully before creating an account or using any service on this platform. These terms form a binding agreement between you and golori.
General Provisions
golori is an online gaming platform where users can enjoy slots, live casino, sports betting and other gaming services. The terms and conditions set out on this page apply to all services offered by the platform.
These terms apply to Bangladeshi users and have been written in Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered the definitive version.
1.1 Acceptance of Terms

1.2 Scope of Terms

Account Registration and Management

3.1 User Responsibilities
- Keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential.
- You are solely responsible for all activity carried out from your account.
- If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the support team immediately.
- Do not allow any third party to use your account.
3.2 Multiple Accounts
Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same name or from the same device or IP address, all of them will be closed and the associated balances may be seized.
3.3 Closing an Account
You may close your account at any time by contacting us through the support channel. golori also reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms.
Deposits and Withdrawals
golori supports transactions through payment methods commonly used in Bangladesh. All deposit and withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification before processing.
4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits
Deposits can be made via: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank and other commercial banks). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.
4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Processing
Withdrawals can be made through the same methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Successful requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
Note: It is recommended to withdraw using the same payment method used for the deposit. If you experience any issue with a transaction, please contact our support immediately.
4.3 Transaction Verification
golori reserves the right to request additional documents for any unusual transaction. If money laundering or fraudulent activity is suspected, the relevant account and transactions may be suspended.
Bonuses and Promotions
golori bonus offers are provided subject to specific conditions. Please read the separate terms of the relevant promotion carefully before claiming a bonus.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members may receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000; to withdraw, wagering of ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 must be completed.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, the specified wagering requirement must be met.
- More than one bonus cannot be active at the same time — unless the terms of a specific offer state otherwise.
- If a withdrawal is made before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be cancelled.
- Any attempt to claim bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account closure.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they may only be used to play games.
5.3 Bonus Modification or Cancellation
golori reserves the right to modify, limit or cancel any ongoing promotion at any time. The period during which the terms of a previously announced bonus remain in effect is specified in the details of that offer.
Gaming Rules
Specific rules apply to each game category on golori. The outcome of all games is automated and determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
6.1 Slots and Casino Games
The RTP (Return to Player) for slot games varies for each game and is determined on the basis of long-term statistics. The result of one spin is independent of any previous or subsequent spin. Confirm your bet amount before starting a game — once a bet is placed it cannot be changed.
6.2 Sports Betting
Only bets placed before a betting market closes will be counted. golori reserves the right to change the odds for any match. If a match is cancelled before the scheduled time or the result remains uncertain, the stake for that bet may be refunded.
6.3 Policy on Technical Issues
If a server or network problem occurs during a game session, the data for that session will be retained and the correct result will apply once the issue is resolved. For partially completed games, golori's decision shall be considered final.
Prohibited Activities
Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited on golori. Breaching these rules will result in account closure and all balances may be forfeited:
- Operating an account using another person's information or identity.
- Attempting to generate artificial profit by exploiting the bonus system (bonus abuse).
- Playing games using software bots, scripts or automated systems.
- Communicating with other users in a deceptive manner or misleading them.
- Attempting to damage the platform through hacking, malware or any other technical means.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.
- Operating separate accounts for the purpose of sharing bonuses among multiple members of the same household.
golori reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and, where necessary, to inform the relevant authorities.

10.1 Continued Use After Changes
If you continue using the platform after the terms have been amended, you will be deemed to have accepted the new terms. It is recommended that you review this page regularly.
10.2 Responsible Gaming and Voluntary Breaks
